Deliveries are made from Monday to Monday. Whenever they go to your home, they will contact you on your mobile phone beforehand to check that you are there and that they can deliver your products.

You can check it on this page, in the "total of your order" section, where it says "calculate shipping". If you don't get a price, or your location doesn't appear, it means that we don't ship to your address.

Orders are usually dispatched on the same day or the next day. We treat your order as if it were our own.

It is not necessarily necessary for the order holder to receive it, as long as the recipient is responsible for receiving it.
